Seramonte Tenant Union Pushes For More Protections

Members of Hamden’s Seramonte Tenants Union gathered outside of Town Hall the night before a highly anticipated Fair Rent Commission that will likely determine their housing fates — and pushed for long-term governmental protections for all renters.     Hey all,

    Join us for the weekly New Haven Canvass. It's the perfect place to start doing Housing Justice work. No experience needed. We will be knocking doors and talking to tenants of Ocean properties.

    We launch at 1 pm from Monitor Square and  will canvass until 3pm.  After that, you can join us for a social hour at Koffee? on Audubon St. Street parking is easy to find at both locations.

    Bring a mask and dress for the weather.
